Blended by the folks at Bolner's Fiesta in San
Antonio for us, this seasoning will give you that
famous San Antonio flavor when you cook your
tamale meat. Simply add 1/2 to 1 cup per 5 lbs of
meat and add water to cover meat by 2 inches.
Enough to make 25 lbs of meat-or about 25
dozen tamales. No other spices are needed.
