scratch.  Burger, macaroni, cheese, jalapenos,
bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Dinner-Steak, mushroom & cheese 'pizza sub',
spicy hot wings, cottage fries, fresh salad.

Tuesday, January 19, 1999
Dinner-Chuck steak pot roast, quartered potatoes,
baby carrots, sliced & toasted cheese bread.

Monday, January 18, 1999
Dinner-Smoked pork rib chalupas, nachos, and
soft flour tortilla taco w/ chicken & rice taco.
Lunch-Sliced Cajun roast beef w/ sliced onion &
melted American cheese sandwiches, thin cut
french fries.
Breakfast-Bowl of Frosted Flakes (Grrrrrreatt!!)
and butter toast with peach preserves.

One can only stomach SO MUCH of the same vegetable
soup.  Hat's off to those that stick it out.  Not us !!
Pan seared top sirloin steak, baked potato, cucumber/tomato/
green onion salad w/ Ranch dressing !!

On this day you can only have soup, bananas,
and SKIM milk.  (bummer)

All the delicious veggie soup you can stomach +
any fresh vegetables and fresh fruit.

Dinner-Day 2 of the "Soup Diet"-All the darn soup you
can eat + any fresh vegetables.  We enjoyed steamed
cauliflower and broccoli, garden salad with cucumbers,
lettuce, tomato, and of course green onion.  And the
highlight of the meal-a BAKED potato with real butter !!
