Dinner-Mesquite grilled Ribeye steaks, Baked Potato,
modified Caesar Salad.  White Chocolate Almond Ice Cream.
Lunch-Turkey breast and dressing taco.
Breakfast-Huevos Rancheros (fried, over easy)
crisp fried bacon, fresh flour tortillas.

Saturday, November 28, 1998
Dinner-The Sicilian from Pizza Hut.
Sour cream pear pie a la mode.
Lunch-Turkey breast sandwich on wheat bread.
Breakfast-Potato, egg and bacon tacos on homemade tortillas.

Friday, November 27, 1998
Dinner-What else but T'Giving leftovers-Always better
the second day !!
Brunch-Buttermilk pancakes with Mrs. Butterworth's
syrup and Karo light syrup.

Thursday, November 26, 1998-Thanksgiving Feast
Lunch/Dinner- Oven roasted fresh, young Butterball Turkey,
Memaw's Cornbread Dressing, Giblet Gravy, Sweet Potato
Casserole (2 types), Green Been Casserole, Pearl Onions in
White Cream Sauce, Fresh Cranberry Relish with Oranges,
Jellied Cranberry Relish, Yeast Rolls.  And for dessert-
Sour Cream Pear Pie.

Breakfast-Breakfast tacos, the usual-potato, egg & bacon on homemade tortillas

Dinner-"McQueney Special" taco salad-lettuce/tomato base topped with chili,
cheddar cheese, fried corn tortilla strips and fresh diced onions.
Lunch-Sliced BBQ country style pork rib strips, potato salad
Breakfast-Spanish tortilla (not a taco) made with shredded potato (fried),
diced onion, diced bell pepper, diced bbq country style pork ribs, and eggs.
Served with hot buttered biscuits (cooked on the Li'l Cooker)

Dinner-Slow smoked (10 hours) Beef Brisket, Boracho Beans, Potato Salad.
Brunch-Eggs over easy topped with picante sauce, bbq sausage, buttered toast bread.

Dinner-The cook took the night off and we ate at the Cracker Barrel.
We both had the baked chicken with cornbread dressing, hashbrown casserole,
and sourdough bread.  Also fried mushrooms for appetizers.
