Sweet Potato Casserole

This is the 'other' version that is always made at Thanksgiving.  It has a sweet,
crunchy topping and the potato's are whipped until creamy and smooth.

Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked, mashed Sweet Potato's
1 cup granulated Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Topping:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup butter

Add the 1st ingredients to the hot mashed sweet potato's.  Whip with an
electric mixer until smooth and creamy.  Put into a greased casserole dish.

Mix all ingredients for the "topping" and crumble on top of the casserole.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
