For Delicious Chili, ready in a jiffy!
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup water
4 tablespoons Bolner's Fiesta Brand® Quick Chili Mix
Brown the meat in the oil. Add the water and Chili Mix. Bring the chili to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 15 minutes. For a zesty treat, sprinkle Bolner's Fiesta Brand® Quick Chili Mix on deviled eggs, sandwiches, potato salad and pinto beans.

The all important "secret ingredient" for making real TexMex chili con carne and red enchilada sauce. To reconstitute, cut open to remove the seeds, discard the stem and then place the desired number of ancho pods in boiling hot water, cover and remove from the heat. Let sit for 30 minutes to one hour. Scrape the 'meat' from inside the skins and add along with the broth to your sauce. The 5 oz. package contains approximately 8-10 dried ancho chili pods.
