Easy PEACH COBBLER
This easy to prepare cobbler is best when fresh peaches are used,
but frozen can be substituted when fresh are not available.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Mix the peaches and 3/4 cup of the sugar together and let
marinade in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, 1 cup sugar,
salt, and milk.   Mix together by hand until well blended.

Melt the stick of butter in a large 'casserole dish'.   This is
easiest done by putting the dish in the oven.

When the butter is melted, pour the 'bowl' mix in the
middle of the melted butter.  Now pour the peaches into
the middle of the batter.

Bake for 1 hour @ 350º F.

This peach cobbler is great when served with Blue Bell
‘Homemade Vanilla’ ice cream.
