RO*TEL CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:

2 pounds (about 6 cups) cubed cooked chicken

3 ribs celery, chopped

1 onion, chopped

2 yellow or orange bell peppers

1/2 cup large, pitted olives, sliced

1/4 cup lightly toasted pine nuts, sliced

1 tablespoon grated lime peel
-
1 tablespoon lime juice
-
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
-
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Makes 10 servings.
