FIRED-UP CHILI DIP
Ingredients:

1 can (15 oz) chili con carne
-
1 can (10 oz) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1/2 cup each shredded Monterey Jack & Cheddar cheese
-
3/4 cup chopped tomato
-
1/4 cup chopped green onion
-
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine chili and RO*TEL. Heat until hot,
stirring
occasionally. Pour into a shallow 1 1/2-quart bowl. Arrange
lettuce along
the outside edge to form a circle. Continue to arrange remaining
ingredients
in a circular pattern in the order listed. Serve with tortilla
chips.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
