TEXAS STYLE MASHED POTATOES
6 medium potatoes (about 2 lbs.), peeled and quartered
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cook potatoes in boiling water
