Recipe
TexMex Meat Loaf
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
-
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
-
1 egg
-
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
-
1 small onion, chopped
-
1 teaspoon chili powder
-
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-
1/2 cup chili sauce
-
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the first seven ingredients.
Spread
into an ungreased 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour;
drain excess
drippings. Spoon chili sauce over cooked loaf, then sprinkle
with cheese.
Bake an additional 15 minutes. Serves 6.
