"Secrets to Cooking TexMex"
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground turkey
1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add turkey. Stirring constantly,
until well done. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer over low
for about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
