As well they should be.  They have come to depend on Tia Rosa

                        At TORTILLA EXPRESS, we offer what most people have asked for
                        and kept it very simple.  We offer only 2 options at this time:

           Option # 1- The Survival Pack includes 30 RED corn tortillas

           Option # 2- The Fiesta Pack includes 20 RED corn tortillas,    
                                    24 yellow corn tortillas, and 20 flour tortillas.

           Tia Rosa (formerly C & C Tortillas ) truly are the choice of Texans for
           breakfast tacos, nachos,  chalupas, flautas, tostadas, and enchiladas.

2 packages of  10 Tia Rosa RED corn tortillas
1 package of  24 Tia Rosa  yellow corn tortillas
1 package of  20  Tia Rosa  flour tortillas           

These tortillas will last for weeks refrigerated so have your closest friends over for a real Fiesta ! Fry up some red and yellow corn tortillas, cut into quarters, and serve with fresh salsa for starters.  
Then serve chalupas made with the whole yellow tortillas, fried crisp and topped with beans, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato's and grated 'jack'.  Then bring out the sizzling fajitas and serve with the warm flour tortillas.  Hungry yet?  Don't bother making a dessert, 'cause as they say in the South, "It'll just go beggin".
